DAY 1: SUNDAY
15.00: Check-in Sunday any time after 3pm

Meet & Greet. Introduction to the Retreat with Ruth O Malley, the Retreat Co Ordinator. Overview of the Retreat. Set a vision board and intentions for the 5 days.

DAY 2: MONDAY
08.00: Westport House: A walk through the grounds of Irelands best loved Heritage attraction.

09.00: Breakfast
09.45:
Cookery Demonstration: Batch Cooking Nutritious Snacks & Soups for Weight loss.

13.00 : Lunch
14.00:
Cycle the Greenway
Soak up the beauty of the Wild Atlantic way along the Great Western Greenway. An off-road trail for use by cyclists which runs from Westport to Achill, a sanctuary of serenity.

20.30: Meditation Session

DAY 3: TUESDAY
08.00: Greenway Walk
09:00: Breakfast
10.00: Workshop: Understanding the Principles of Nutrition for Weight Loss & long term change. What makes up a Healthy Plate & how to prepare & design a weekly Food Plan.
13.30:
Lunch
13.30: The Tourmakeady Waterfall Walk. The Tourmakeady Waterfall walk is a stunning place to connect with nature. The Waterfall is hidden & surrounded by ancient woods & streams.

18.30: Dinner
20.30: Meditation Session


DAY 4: WEDNESDAY
08.00: Morning Walk around the Harbour
09.00:
Breakfast
10.00: Workshop: Understanding our Mind & Limiting Beliefs. How our Habits and Emotions can Trigger us to Overeat. Learn the tools to identify and control Emotional Eating.
12.30:
Lunch
14.30: Outdoor Hike to Bertra Beach. Enjoy the spectacular views of Clew Bay & Croagh Patrick on our drive to Bertra Beach. Enjoy a hike on this fabulous sandy Beach or maybe take a swim in the Atlantic ocean.

DAY 5: THURSDAY
08.00: Westport House: A walk through the grounds of Irelands best loved Heritage attraction. 

09.00: Breakfast
09.45: Cookery Demonstration: Batch Cooking Delicious & Healthy Lunches and Dinners for Weight Loss

Lunch
13.30: Take the afternoon off to relax. Treat yourself to a treatment in Spa Veda. We offer a variety of rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatments.
18.00:
Dinner
19.30: Sound Bath Experience. Sound Baths have been used for 1000’s of years & in many different cultures all with the same intention, to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. This is a 90min experience for healing the body, mind & soul. Hosted by Melanie from The Sidhe Space.
